"Condo Craze & HOA’s" Reaches Top Ranking in South Florida — Most
Listened to AM Radio Show in its Time Period
Also Tied Nationally
Syndicated Show for Most Listeners All Day Sundays
MIAMI
(May 28, 2010) – In a first for “Condo Craze & HOA’s” the show is number one on the
ratings chart.
According to the Arbitron ratings service, during the
first four months of 2010, the popular live call-in show on 610-AM WIOD, was
number one in its time slot, Sundays noon – 1:00 PM.
“Condo Craze &
HOA’s” also fared extremely well against some stiff competition. It tied “The
Kim Komando Show,” a nationally syndicated program, for number one with the most
listeners all day Sundays in South Florida. An incredible achievement since “The
Kim Komando Show” is the number one rated show in the nation on Sundays.
“We thank our growing number of listeners who have embraced all that we stand
for, which is educating those hungry for information,” said attorney Eric Glazer
of Hollywood-based Glazer & Associates, P.A. (www.condo-laws.com), a firm that
focuses primarily on condominium and homeowners’ association law. “The number
one ranking is amazing given the fact we’ve been on the air less than a year.”
The show presents a lively forum that ranges in topics from dealing with
condo commandos to surviving foreclosures, from fighting fraud to enforcing
association and condominium regulations.
“Condo Craze and HOA’s” recently
expanded. It is now simulcast live in the Tampa market on 1250-AM WHNZ.
“In a modest way we knew we were doing well, because the phone lines light up
the minute we go on-the-air,” said Kristy Phillips, an attorney at Glazer &
Associates and often accompanied with Glazer on the airwaves. Also in studio
and contributing to the discussion is WIOD’s Jerry Hester.
“Condo
Craze and HOA’s” is also streamed live in South Florida on WIOD (www.wiod.com)
and in Tampa on WHNZ (www.whnz.com). Past shows are heard on the Web at
www.condocrazeandhoas.com.
State
Representative Ellyn Bogdanoff, R-Fort Lauderdale, is scheduled to be a guest on
the show Sunday, June 27th. She will discuss the issues surrounding the pending
new condo and homeowner association laws. Her desire to appear on the show was
fueled after State Representative Julio Robaina, R-Miami, offered differing
viewpoints.
“Along with educating people, the show stirs lively debate,
and that’s one of the reasons we’re attracting so many listeners,” added Glazer.
“We’re thrilled.”
