Eric M. Glazer

Florida Bar board-certified condominium and planned-development law attorney, educator, and founder of Condo Craze and HOAs.

Eric M. Glazer earned his B.A. from New York University in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1992 and is also admitted before Florida's federal district courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He became a certified circuit and county court mediator in 2007 and was admitted in the District of Columbia and New York in 2010.

Eric is certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in Condominium and Planned Development Law. He founded Condo Craze and HOAs more than 15 years ago to make condo and HOA law understandable and useful for South Floridians. Through that work, he has certified more than 15,000 board members.

His commitment reaches beyond education: Eric has also helped draft important condominium legislation focused on safer communities and more transparent governance for condo and HOA residents.

Karen Curtis brings more than 25 years of broadcasting experience in front of the camera and behind the microphone. As Director of Operations for the Miami Bureau of Metro Networks, a Westwood One company, she built strong relationships across South Florida television and radio.

Karen spent more than a decade in Miami media, reporting from helicopters as a photojournalist and traffic reporter for Majic 102.7 and NBC 6. She later reported for WCBS in New York City and previously served as a main anchor and health specialist for ABC affiliates in Gainesville and West Palm Beach, earning the U.P.I. Best Reporter in State award.

A University of Hawaii graduate, Karen studied journalism, fine art, and French while competing as a world-class runner—an achievement that earned her the title “The Fastest Woman in Hawaii” from USA Today. She is also an accomplished watercolor artist whose work has been shown internationally.

With more than 15 years of experience in content marketing, branding, advertising, video production, and broadcasting, Robert Lisman has built a career at the intersection of media, technology, and storytelling.

Robert's commitment to Condo Craze and HOAs is personal. As a condo resident living next door to Champlain Towers at the time of its tragic collapse, he saw the consequences of flaws in Florida's community-association system firsthand. That experience inspired him to help create the Condo Craze and HOAs YouTube show and use media as a force for education and reform.

His work with leading broadcast and technology companies includes developing innovative media solutions for diverse audiences. For his contributions to cloud-enabled remote editing technology, he received a Technology Emmy. Born and raised in Miami, Robert began his career in South Florida's film and entertainment industry. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, ice hockey, and time with his wife and two children.
