Another year has come and gone. Another 52 columns written. Another time for me to wish of all of you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.
Please know that although we don’t agree on every issue each week, it is an honor to be able to exchange ideas with you both in our blog, on the Condo Craze and HOAs Radio Show and at our seminars around the state. I only hope that all of you learn half as much from me as I learn from all of you.
Jan, Darlys and I will take the next two weeks off and we will return on – January 8th. In the mean time, enjoy the holidays, your families and even……your homes.
