Mandatory Education The Critics Were All Wrong

For over a decade, I’ve fought to make education mandatory for condo and HOA board members. After the Surfside tragedy, Florida finally made it law. Some said it would discourage people from serving. They couldn’t have been more wrong. This week, nearly 400 board members packed our classes in West Palm Beach and Tampa—standing room only! Board members aren’t looking for the easy way out. They’re stepping up, eager to learn and make their communities better.
