You can’t turn on the TV or the internet without hearing about A-I.  It never stops.  It’s supposed to change how we live, our future and everything about our lives as we know it.  So how in what ways can A-I change our lives in our condominiums or HOAs?

 

Well…….AI can help a condominium or homeowners association (HOA) in several ways, making management more efficient, improving resident experiences, and reducing costs. Here are some key areas where AI could be beneficial:

Automated Communication: AI-powered chatbots or automated email systems can handle resident inquiries, send reminders for fees, and notify residents of upcoming meetings.


Document Management: AI can assist with organizing and retrieving bylaws, meeting minutes, and financial reports, reducing paperwork and improving record-keeping.


Smart Scheduling: AI can help schedule board meetings, maintenance, and community events by considering availability and priority.
